I absolutely love love love this machine!!! I started 3 months ago and im down to a 8 from a 14. I just get on it every day for 20 minutes after work and its so easy and the time flies by. This was just what I needed to get my you know what in gear to lose the weight.

I was leary getting this because of some of the bad reviews but so far it’s been great.
It was no trouble putting together, I oiled the track and have had no issues with paint coming off or difficulty in movement.
I have only had this a couple weeks but am already seeing a difference. I do wish however that it could also target the abs more. The thigh exercise doesn’t seem to feel as though it is doing anything but I’ll give it more time.
Overall, it is a good product and I like that it does not take up alot of space which is one of the reasons I chose this machine over others.

This is an amazing exercising machine that you can loose a lot of weight with. First of all, I thought it only works your abs and legs but it turns out it works the whole body. Your arms feel awesome and the buttocks. Great workout. ATTENTION: It is not for lazy people though, it will not work if you are gonna do it for like 3 minutes a day and you’re planning to loose like 10 pounds in two weeks or something. Don’t buy it just because you see that it is so easy and fun and you don’t need to WORK to get the body you want. The diet is really important as well and the point is that it is not an easy machine and that’s why IT WORKS. GREAT WORKOUT!

I bought this last year, tried it a few times than put it in my closet. This year I was fed up with my weight, So I got it out and started the workout.13 weeks later I have lost 30 lbs. But this is also eating right and doing other workouts along with it.I just love it tho!!!

I have my doubts with excercise fads and equipment. But I figured if it didn’t work I could send it back. It was very easy to assemble (I am not mechanically inclined) and I was able to start working out on the machine within about 20 minutes. I like the feel of the machine, it’s very lightweight and portable. I have been using for over 2 weeks and I have noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit, I believe that if you practice good eating habits and incorporate this machine into an active lifestyle it is a beneficial tool for toning.

So far so good. I enjoy using this product. I see results already! I feel that is a great workout, you work more than just your abs. I feel it in my arms, back, shoulders and chest. Work up a pretty good sweat!

This is a very good product. It takes minutes to use and although I have just started, I am getting some results from it, although it is minor right now. It is easy to use and can be enjoyable because you don’t feel like you are exercising. I would recommend this to anyone who is just looking to tone up their waist line.

I absolutely love this!! I’ve had it for 2 weeks now. I use it every day for 30 minutes. I watch the DVD and I also just do the work out with out watching it. My arms are becoming toned and my waist line is shrinking down some. I have lost weight and I have also noticed my thighs becoming toned also. It’s really easy to use and it does not affect my knees at all, I have had 3 major knee surgeries and my knee hasnt given me any trouble.

Hard to use this product the correct way to actually work on ABs. Appears they fixed the problem with the rollers with the new design. I called and they sent me a single set of rollers anyway. Not sure if I will need

Everytime I walk past I jump on for a few minutes. My boyfriend loves using it to warm up. I am not as into fitness as most people but I dont mind this. I use it during commercials and by the end of the show I feel good. I have had it for almost 3 weeks and use it 5-6 days a week and I have noticed a tighter core.

I bought the machine 5 weeks ago and based on some of the other reviews had hoped it was a miracle worker. I do not understand how people can say they have lost a lot of weight in a short space of time. I have used the machine every day and have not dropped a single ounce, I also do not break out into a sweat like other reviewers have said. I do notice it is getting easier to swing and I am up to 300 swings, so it’s not like I’m not spending enough time on it. Having said all that I do ‘feel’ different, maybe it’s a posture thing. I guess time will tell.

This product my husband likes, but the rollers are a poor design. We use Vaseline on the track and it helps it run much smoother and protects the rollers. Just make sure every so often to clean the track and rollers and reapply the Vaseline.
